Truck Scale
Roadside weighbridges are designed to weigh heavy vehicles such as straight trucks, trailer trucks, and tandem trucks. These weighing systems operate by measuring the gravitational force applied to vehicles. Towzin Electric offers two types of truck weighbridges: 1) pit weighbridges and 2) pitless weighbridges. The capacity range is 5 to 200 tons with platform dimensions ranging from 2x4 and 4x24 meters. Weighbridge products are further divided into commercial, industrial, and heavy types. Construction of truck weighbridges may be made from prefabricated concrete, metal, and concrete-metal. In prefabricated concrete structure, frame and platform are made of reinforced concrete. In weighbridges with metal structure, a metal frame is placed over loadcells and a platform made from steel profiles and sheets is placed over the frame. In a metal-concrete truck weighbridge, the frame is made of steel and the platform is made of reinforced concrete. Towzin Electric truck weighbridges are designed and produced according to customers’ specifications and requirements.
